Six rungs across the two molecules are published and purchasable, so the cost of every step is visible before anything is bought. Payment comes before the medical intake — the buy button reads "Complete Checkout ($0 consultation fee)", and the intake form and prescriber review follow the charge. No compounding pharmacy is named, and five places are excluded from shipping.

The site-wide banner advertises "GLP-1s starting at $149.99/month", but no month-to-month GLP-1 is sold at that price. It exists only as the tirzepatide 2.5 mg three-month plan, whose own text says it "Cannot be canceled mid-plan" — a three-payment commitment quoted as a monthly rate
