Take a quarter dose here and you pay what a full dose costs — "Same Price, Any Dose" is Cora's own phrasing, repeated in its FAQ. So if you are taking less to spend less, this structure gives you nothing back. What it does better than almost anyone is show its work: every rung of both ladders on one page with the total charge and the interval beside each, two named compounding pharmacies, a named prescribing practice with an address, and a certification number you can check. That is the disclosure a reader deserves even when the answer is unwelcome. Two things will cost you if you misread them. The headline figure is the twelve-month rung, charged as a single payment, and month to month is far higher. And a page that promises no "starting at" pricing runs exactly that phrasing on its homepage.

How the program works
Cora Health is a direct-to-consumer telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide across all 50 states, with every rung of both price ladders published openly rather than held behind an intake. It names two PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacies — Hallandale Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale and VialsRx — and says the medication label identifies which one filled the order. The prescribing practice is named with an address: Wasef Health, PC, care of Michael Wasef MD in Pinellas Park, Florida. It displays a LegitScript seal number, and cites the STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-1 trials while disclosing that its compounded product is not the medication those trials studied.
