Mondae sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide through a configurator: you choose the dose you start at, the compounding pharmacy that fills it and a one- or three-month plan, and the price follows those three choices. Its structural promise is that the starting price then holds — "The price you start with is the price you keep for life.
