Mondae sets your price from the dose you start at, publishes every combination before you pay, and then holds that price as you titrate up: "Your dose may increase, but your price is fixed." Its cheapest semaglutide rung is a real 0.2 mg start, priced below everything else it sells. It also lets you choose your own compounding pharmacy at checkout and prints each one's additive beside the name, which nothing else here does, and it serves all 50 states. Two cautions. The lock is tied to continuous membership rather than to you — the rate holds "as long as your membership remains active", so a break in treatment is not free. Mondae sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide through a configurator: you choose the dose you start at, the compounding pharmacy that fills it and a one- or three-month plan, and the price follows those three choices. Its structural promise is that the starting price then holds — "The price you start with is the price you keep for life. While many programs increase pricing as doses increase, your rate stays the same as long as your membership remains active." Six pharmacies are selectable at checkout, each with its additive published: Boudreaux (glycine), Rush (B6), Hallandale (none), Greenwich (B12), Align (B12/B3) and VialsRx (B12). It says it is available in all 50 states and charges no membership fee.
