Give NuuVim genuine credit for something most of this category avoids: it shows the introductory rate and the standing renewal rate side by side in two labeled columns, and says in its own disclaimer that the advertised figures are introductory equivalents billed as a single three-month payment. Almost nowhere else lets you see the step-up before you buy. Two things will cost you if you misread them. There is no monthly plan at all, so the smallest purchase covers three months and is charged at once. And the renewal is far above the advertised rate — two-thirds higher on semaglutide, half again on tirzepatide. The oral form costs the same as the injection, so the route is a preference rather than a saving.
