The verdict
Taking less costs less here — the cheapest product is capped at 1 mg and priced below the 2.5 mg one — but you cannot work out by how much, because none of the dose-capped products says what period its price covers. It might be a month, a course or a single vial. That one missing word is the difference between the best-value low-dose option here and one of the worst, and nothing on the page settles it. Credit where it is due: publishing a milligram ceiling against a price at all puts ShapeIn Rx ahead of most, and it names its operating entity and address and sells with no contract. Three things will cost you. A one-time consultation fee and shipping sit on top of the capped products, though not on the per-month tier. How the program works
ShapeIn Rx, operating as WellHealth LLC of Phoenix, Arizona, publishes two parallel pricing schemes on one page. Four dose-capped products carry a milligram ceiling and a price, with the consultation and shipping charged separately on top. Two "GLP-1 Weight Management" tiers are instead priced per month with medication and shipping included. The page does not explain how the two relate, and the four capped products never state what period their price covers.
