How the program works
ShapeIn Rx, operating as WellHealth LLC of Phoenix, Arizona, publishes two parallel pricing schemes on one page. Four dose-capped products carry a milligram ceiling and a price, with the consultation and shipping charged separately on top. Two "GLP-1 Weight Management" tiers are instead priced per month with medication and shipping included.
