In one paragraph

The verdict

Voxy's pricing is easy to read: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide each have a month-to-month price and cheaper three-, six- and twelve-month prices, and every figure includes the provider, medication, supplies and shipping. You start with a free 30-minute consultation with a nurse practitioner, labs are ordered through a national lab if needed, and the subscription includes monthly check-ins. Two caveats. Final pricing is confirmed only at checkout after the assessment, so the page price is not quite a promise. And one page says no labs are needed to start while another describes quarterly labs as part of the subscription. The 503A pharmacy is not named, no milligram is published, the states served are not listed, and there is no low-dose product, so a small dose would be a request inside a standard plan at the standard price.

Who it suits, and who it does not

Look elsewhere if

  • You want the page price guaranteed before checkout
  • You want a low-dose product

Standard plan, self-directed low dose

No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.

235 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. Both molecules are priced month to month and on longer plans, all-in, with no dose behind any figure and no low-dose product.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

Voxy says it uses a 503A pharmacy, but does not say which one. Bloodwork is offered but not required. A clinician review is included in the price.

How the program works

Voxy is a telehealth service for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. You book a free 30-minute consultation with a licensed nurse practitioner, labs are ordered through Quest or LabCorp if needed, and a 503A compounding pharmacy that is not named prepares the medication and ships it in temperature-controlled packaging. The subscription includes monthly telehealth check-ins and, on its how-it-works page, quarterly labs. Longer plans lower the monthly rate. It says services are available nationwide where its providers are licensed.

The honest cons

Final pricing is confirmed only at checkout, after the assessment
  • One page says no labs are needed to start while another describes quarterly labs as part of the subscription
  • The pharmacy is not named, and no milligram is published
  • The states served are not listed
  • No low-dose product exists
  • Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
