The catch is precise and easy to miss: the promise that the price never rises with the dose is written to cover the standard plans, and is never extended to the microdose line. So the one commitment a microdose buyer most needs in writing is the one they do not get, and no milligram figure is published for any microdose tier either.

Avono Health, operated by Avono LLC, is a U.S. telehealth platform selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in injectable and oral form under four flat monthly plans, plus NAD+ and sermorelin programs. Care is fully asynchronous: intake, clinician review, then shipment, with a patient portal of its own. Its medical-oversight page names its telehealth infrastructure partner and its clinical group, and identifies two supervising physicians by name and NPI — both of which verify as active records in the CMS registry. It says medication is prepared by state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies but names no pharmacy and states no 503A or 503B designation. There is no membership fee and no consult fee; the clinician visit and shipping are included.

The flat-price guarantee is written for the standard semaglutide and tirzepatide plans only. Avono never says the $179 microdose price holds as the microdose is titrated upward, which is the single thing a microdose buyer most needs in writing
