Bionomy quotes one monthly figure for compounded semaglutide and another for tirzepatide, and not a single milligram appears beside either one. Its own homepage says you will see a suggested protocol and the pricing the same day you complete the intake, so the dose-to-price relationship is settled after you have handed over a medical history rather than before. Give it real credit for what it does publish. It names both fulfilling pharmacies outright, lists 48 states and names the two it excludes, labels its testimonials as illustrative or compensated, footnotes its outcome statistics with a sample size and field dates, and only holds your card until a clinician signs off rather than charging it. That is more disclosure than most of this category manages. It is just not disclosure about dose.
