In one paragraph

The verdict

The compounded pricing here is ordinary and reasonable — two molecules, one figure each, both stated per month and both around the middle of the range. What surrounds it is where you should slow down. The branded line prices four different drugs from two different manufacturers at the identical figure, which is not how branded acquisition costs behave and reads more like a rate applied across a category than four prices anyone negotiated. Taken at face value it is far above what those products cost through manufacturer channels, so it is unlikely to be the route you want. One correction belongs on the record. An earlier version of this review reported that Concierge MD LA sells retatrutide — an investigational compound approved nowhere — at a monthly rate. That could not be reproduced: three of its product pages, loaded twice each, carry no mention of it and no such figure, and the only retatrutide page on its own sitemap is an article with no price attached. Writing about a compound is not selling one, and the claim came out rather than being softened.

Who it suits, and who it does not

A good fit if

  • You want both compounded molecules priced per month with nothing implied underneath
  • You want to add other injectables and see each one's cost before ordering
  • You want a clinic that lists its branded and compounded routes side by side

Look elsewhere if

  • You are shopping the branded route. Four different drugs share one four-figure rate.
  • You want the branded route. Four different drugs share one four-figure rate
  • You want a dose behind the price. None is published

What it actually costs

Price as published

Compounded semaglutide at $199/month and compounded tirzepatide at $299/month, both stated per month · four branded products — Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound and Wegovy — are each listed at $1999/month, an identical figure across four different drugs from two different manufacturers, which reads as a placeholder rate rather than four separately negotiated prices · RE-CHECKED 2026-08-12: an earlier version of this row said it sells retatrutide at $399/month. Three of its product pages, loaded twice each, render no mention of retatrutide and no such figure — the only retatrutide page on its own sitemap is a blog article carrying no price. The claim is withdrawn; what it publishes about that compound is editorial, not a product · add-on injections are priced separately and additively — sermorelin at $299, NAD at $249, lipostat at $199 and a further semaglutide line at $299 — each shown with a plus sign, so a combined protocol is the sum of its parts · no dose is published behind any figure

Standard plan, self-directed low dose

No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.

152 of the 373 programs we track price a small dose this way. Both compounded molecules carry a clear monthly figure around the middle of the range, and add-on injections are priced additively so a stacked protocol can be totalled before ordering. Four different branded drugs from two manufacturers are priced at an IDENTICAL four-figure rate, which is not how branded acquisition costs behave and reads as a rate applied across a category rather than four negotiated prices. An earlier version of this note said the clinic offers retatrutide at a monthly rate; that could not be reproduced on its product pages and has been withdrawn.

How the program works

The compounded pricing here is ordinary and reasonable — two molecules, one figure each, both stated per month and both around the middle of the range. What surrounds it is where a reader should slow down. The branded line prices four different drugs from two different manufacturers at the identical figure, which is not how branded acquisition costs behave and reads more like a rate applied across a category than four prices anyone negotiated. Taken at face value it is far above what those products cost through manufacturer channels, so it is unlikely to be the route a reader wants. A note on what this row used to say: it previously reported that Concierge MD LA sells retatrutide, an investigational compound with no approval anywhere, at a monthly rate. That could not be reproduced. Its product pages carry semaglutide and tirzepatide only, and the single retatrutide page on its sitemap is an article with no price attached. Writing about a compound is not selling it, and the distinction matters enough that the claim came out rather than being softened.

The honest cons

The four branded products are each listed at the same four-figure rate, which no manufacturer channel supports.
  • Four different branded drugs are all priced at the same four-figure rate.
  • No dose sits behind any figure on the page.

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
