In one paragraph
The verdict
If format matters to you, HealthHub offers more of it than almost anyone: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections or dissolving tablets, and semaglutide as a liquid you hold under your tongue. For a small dose, the non-injection options are easier to measure than a partial syringe. There is no subscription, you reorder when you want, and each price is described as including the consultation, medication, supplies and shipping. The pricing itself is a mess. The FAQ gives one set of monthly figures, the weight-loss page prices the same injections much higher as starter plans, and the product pages describe the lower figures as a first month. Only starter doses are priced at all, so the cost of later doses is unknown. The pharmacy story conflicts as well: the homepage talks about its own pharmacy, while the product pages name six outside compounders. No company name or address is printed, and the 46 states it serves are not listed. Once medication ships there are no refunds.
Microdosing is off-label and unproven — decide with a clinician. Prices are as published by the provider when we last checked; confirm current terms before you buy.
Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want a needle-free form, including an under-the-tongue liquid
- You want to reorder on your own schedule rather than subscribe
- You want the consultation and shipping included in one price
Look elsewhere if
- You want one consistent price before you start
- You want to know what later doses cost
- You want to know the company behind the site

- Standard plan, self-directed low dose
No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.
235 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. Both molecules come as injections and dissolving tablets, and semaglutide as an under-the-tongue liquid, which suits a small dose. No low-dose product is sold, only starter doses are priced, and the same product carries different figures on different pages.

How the program works
HealthHub is an online clinic selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in more formats than most: weekly injections, a semaglutide liquid taken under the tongue, and dissolving tablets of both drugs. A provider reviews you by video or secure message, sometimes asks for recent labs, and adjusts the dose at check-ins. There is no subscription; you choose when to reorder, and each price is described as including the consultation, medication and shipping. The homepage says medication comes from its own licensed pharmacy, while the product pages list six outside compounding pharmacies by name. It says it is licensed in 46 states without listing them. No company name or address is printed. It also sells sermorelin, NAD+, testosterone, hair-loss and sexual-health treatments. Nothing describes a microdose program.
The honest cons
The same product carries different prices on different pages: semaglutide injection appears at $99 and $249, the sublingual at $149 and $199
- Only starter doses are priced, so the cost after the first month is not shown
- The homepage claims its own pharmacy while the product pages list six outside ones
- No company name or address is printed, and the 46 states it serves are not listed
- No refund once medication ships, and no low-dose program
- Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
