The plan sold as three months ships twelve weeks, so the per-month figure printed on it is not what a four-week cycle actually costs. The semaglutide refill rate that follows the introductory block is published, and credit for that, because most providers leave you to discover it — but it sits far above the introductory figure and recurs thirteen times a year. And neither dose rung carries a milligram figure; they are named starter dose and any other dose, so you cannot map either to an amount before you buy.
