In one paragraph
The verdict
PrideRx is a telehealth service aimed at the LGBTQ+ community that prescribes FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1s: Zepbound, and the Foundayo and Wegovy pills. Its model is clean. A low monthly membership, with a cheap first month, pays for the doctor and prescription management, and if you are prescribed, the manufacturer's own self-pay pharmacy contacts you, bills you and ships the drug. Its comparison tables add the two together for you, which is helpful. Two things to read closely. A banner says the fee covers doctor, meds and shipping, but the medication is always billed separately. And the drug prices quoted are starting-dose prices, so they rise as the strength does; for someone staying on the lowest dose that is actually the cheapest place to be. One table dates its prices to March 2026 and another to September, so check the current figures. All sales are final once the order ships.

Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want branded drugs bought straight from the manufacturer
- You plan to stay on a starting dose, which is the cheapest fill
- You want a provider who is welcoming to LGBTQ+ patients
Look elsewhere if
- You want one all-in monthly price
- You want compounded medication
- You expect to titrate to higher strengths without the price rising

States plainly that its advertised figures are based on the lowest dosage and that higher doses may cost more. On a general ranking that is a warning; for someone staying small it is the one model that bills accordingly.
49 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. Branded drugs bought from the manufacturers' own pharmacy programs, quoted at their starting-dose prices, so the starting dose is the cheapest fill and higher strengths cost more. A monthly membership sits on top of every drug price.

How the program works
PrideRx is a telehealth service, aimed at the LGBTQ+ community, that prescribes FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1s: Zepbound, the Foundayo pill and the Wegovy pill. A licensed provider reviews your information within 24 hours, and if you are prescribed, the manufacturer's self-pay pharmacy program contacts you to complete the order, bills you and ships the drug. The PrideRx membership pays for the doctor and prescription management only; the medication is always a second bill. The starting-dose prices it quotes are the manufacturers' own and rise at higher strengths. No compounded drug and no low-dose product is sold.
The honest cons
The medication is always billed separately from the membership, despite a banner saying the fee covers doctor, meds and shipping
- The medication prices quoted are starting-dose prices; higher strengths cost more
- One table says its prices were checked in March 2026 while another gives a September date
- All sales are final once payment is taken and the order ships
- The states served are not listed

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
