In one paragraph
The verdict
LevelUp Rx is a broad telehealth platform, and its GLP-1 page is one of the more transparent ones: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, each with a one-month, six-month and twelve-month price, and a written promise that the cost never changes with your dose. Provider care, syringes and alcohol pads are inside the price, you are contacted before each refill is billed, and its FAQ names the pharmacy. The flat price cuts both ways. If you expect to titrate up, it protects you; if you plan to hold a small dose, you pay exactly what a full dose costs. The same page also carries a banner advertising plans from a higher starting figure than its semaglutide price, which is just sloppy, but worth noticing. All sales are final once payment is taken and the order ships, and state restrictions are disclosed only during intake. No milligram is published, and there is no low-dose product.
Microdosing is off-label and unproven — decide with a clinician. Prices are as published by the provider when we last checked; confirm current terms before you buy.
Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You expect your dose to rise and want a price that does not
- You want month-to-month and longer plans priced side by side
- You want to know which pharmacy fills the prescription
Look elsewhere if
- You want a low dose to cost less
- You want to know about state restrictions before intake
- You want any refund once the order ships
What it actually costs
Price as published
$149.97/mo sema · $249.97/mo tirz, same at every dose
- Vs median
- $26/mo below the $175 median across the 299 of 548 programs here that publish a plain monthly rate
- Market
- $59–$1,300/mo is the full published spread on this site
- Structure
- Same price at every dose
One stated price across doses. A lower dose does not automatically reduce the bill. Compare the complete medication, membership, laboratory and shipping quotes before assuming another plan costs less.
113 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. Both molecules at one price whatever the dose, said plainly, with month, six-month and twelve-month figures. A smaller dose buys no saving.

How the program works
LevelUp Rx is a telehealth platform for a wide range of prescriptions, from hair loss and birth control to NAD+ and GLP-1s. For weight loss it sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at a flat monthly rate per drug that, it says, does not change when your provider adjusts your dose. You answer a health questionnaire, a doctor responds within about 24 hours (some states need a live chat or video visit), and its FAQ names DiRx in Fort Lauderdale as a dispensing pharmacy. It says it serves the United States, with restrictions that vary by state and are confirmed during intake.
The honest cons
One price at every dose means a small dose costs exactly what a full one does
- A banner on the same page advertises plans from $249.97 a month while the semaglutide plan is $149.97, so the page contradicts itself
- All sales are final once payment is taken and the order ships
- State restrictions are disclosed only during intake
- No milligram is published, and no low-dose product exists
- Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
