Näky, operated by Naky Health LLC, is a Shopify storefront that sells compounded GLP-1 care as discrete catalog products rather than behind a quiz: compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, oral semaglutide drops, the branded Wegovy pill, a GLP-1 Microdose program, and sermorelin and NAD+ under a longevity heading. Care is entirely online with board-certified providers, and medication is prepared by U.S. state-licensed 503A pharmacies following USP <797> sterile compounding standards. Its terms disclose that Naky Health LLC is itself one of the dispensing options inside the pharmacy network it refers patients to.

The microdose costs MORE than the standard semaglutide injection — $195 against $185 month-to-month, and $555 against $495 over three months. Choosing less drug is a $10-a-month premium here, on Näky's own published figures

• Every advertised "starting at" figure is a prepay rung rather than a monthly rate: semaglutide is marketed at $145 and costs $185 month-to-month, tirzepatide is marketed at $265 and costs $295
• The branded oral line carries a compulsory $125/mo membership disclosed only in body copy beneath the dose table, turning an advertised $149 into $274 at the lowest dose
• The site-wide "same price at every dose" banner is contradicted by its own branded-pill page, which doubles from $149 to $299 between the second and third dose
• Naky Health LLC is itself a dispensing pharmacy inside the network it refers patients to, which is disclosed only in the terms of service
• No list of states served is published anywhere, despite the catalog being directly purchasable
