In one paragraph
The verdict
PRIMO Health Partners is a small Atlanta-based virtual practice, and its weight-loss program has a personal touch: physician-directed, with a dedicated nurse, built on compounded semaglutide starting at the usual 0.25 mg a week, and able to send the prescription to your own pharmacy. Beyond that, the site tells you very little you need before buying. There is no price for any program, only a note that subscriptions and combination plans exist. There are no published refund or cancellation terms and no list of states, and the terms of use are from 2022 with template placeholder text still in them. The marketing leans on big weight-loss numbers, and the dose guidance borrows the branded Wegovy schedule for a compounded product. Nothing is sold as a low dose. If you want a nurse you can call and do not mind sorting out the price on the phone, it may suit; if you want to compare costs first, you cannot here.
Microdosing is off-label and unproven — decide with a clinician. Prices are as published by the provider when we last checked; confirm current terms before you buy.
Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want a named nurse guiding you, under a physician
- You would rather enroll by phone than through an online quiz
- You may want the prescription sent to your own pharmacy
Look elsewhere if
- You want a price before you call
- You want written refund and cancellation terms
- You want a product sold as a low dose

- $59–$1,300/mo is the full published spread on this site

- Standard plan, self-directed low dose
No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.
235 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. A nurse-guided compounded semaglutide program that starts at the usual weekly dose, with no low-dose product and no price; enrollment is by phone or form.

How the program works
PRIMO Health Partners, operated by Cooper and Company, a Georgia LLC in Atlanta, is a physician-led virtual practice offering urgent care, primary care, second opinions and a weight-loss program. The program is physician-directed and nurse-guided, with a dedicated nurse, built on compounded semaglutide injections started at 0.25 mg a week; its education pages also mention tirzepatide in general terms. It says it uses compounding pharmacies, unnamed, and that the prescription may go to your pharmacy or, in some cases, ship to your home. There is no online price or checkout: you call or fill in a form. The site does not list states, refund terms or cancellation terms, and its terms of use date from January 2022. Nothing describes a low-dose program beyond the usual starting dose.
The honest cons
No price is published for any program, so the cost is unknown until you call
- There is no online order; you start with a call or a form
- No refund, cancellation or state information is published, and the terms still contain template placeholder text
- Weight-loss claims such as up to fifty pounds in four months stand in for plain information
- Its dose guidance quotes the branded Wegovy schedule for a compounded product, and the pharmacy is not named
- Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
