If you are staying at a starting dose, Revive will at least tell you what that costs — its semaglutide plan carries the starting milligram inside the price itself. What it will not tell you is what happens when you go up, because no higher-dose rung is published anywhere, so you cannot see whether staying low saves you anything. Budget carefully either way. The floor the site advertises is not a rate you can buy at any commitment length; the cheapest one on offer needs a full year handed over at once, and the month-to-month rate works out to nearly double the daily figure the homepage promises. Registered-dietitian support, the telehealth visit and shipping are each priced at nothing in its own catalog, and six partner pharmacies are named in its footer. It accepts patients with a BMI over 23, a materially lower threshold than the 27 most competitors state, and says it serves all 50 states subject to provider licensure. Its semaglutide plan is the rare one to carry a milligram inside the price itself — the starting dose — but no higher-dose rung is published to compare it with.
The honest cons
THE ADVERTISED FLOOR DOES NOT EXIST. "As low as $199 per month" and "less than $7 per day" are buyable at no commitment length: the cheapest rate is $202.25/month and requires $2,427 up front, and the month-to-month rate of $369 is about $12 a day
- NO SECOND RUNG. The only price carrying a dose is the starting one, and no higher-dose figure is published anywhere, so someone holding low has nothing to compare against and cannot tell whether staying low saves anything
- Its pages contradict each other on commitment: one says "No monthly subscriptions, no sign-up fees, no commitments. Pay only for what you order", another says "Canceling before your contract term has ended will require payment of your remaining contract balance" — and three-, six- and twelve-month terms do exist
- Its semaglutide page repeatedly names two other companies as though they were this one, so the sentence there about cost not changing with dose cannot be read as Revive's own promise
- Month-to-month is the most expensive way to buy here by a wide margin, and the gap between it and the annual rung is large enough to be the real decision
