If you are microdosing to spend less, TrimRx is the wrong shape. It charges one price whatever your dose — the plan page is headed "Same Price. All Dosage Levels." — so a quarter dose costs what a full dose costs, and the difference is medicine you bought and never used. Give it credit for saying so. Most providers here leave you to work it out; TrimRx prints it on the page you pay from, and adds free dose increases underneath. That makes it a good fit for the opposite reader — someone starting low who expects to climb, and would rather the bill didn't climb too. Three things will cost you if you misread them. Nothing is priced until you complete a medical quiz and hand over an email and phone number. The figure on the homepage is a first-month discount, and the rate that recurs is two-thirds higher. And a "12-month plan" here ships 48 weeks of medicine, not 52, so the year costs about 9% more than the monthly label suggests.

TrimRx is a direct-to-consumer telehealth brand selling compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as once-weekly self-injections, with medication, unlimited medical support, shipping and an injection kit bundled into one monthly figure. No price is published anywhere on the open site, so the plan ladder is only reachable by completing the intake, at which point the selection step states the structure outright: one price whatever the dose, with dose increases free. It also prices its own funnel by preference rather than by clinic: the step that decides whether a patient is offered semaglutide or tirzepatide asks which matters more, affordability or potency.

ONE PRICE AT EVERY DOSE IS THE STRUCTURE THIS SITE EXISTS TO FLAG. A patient deliberately holding 0.25 mg/week pays the identical $299 as one at the top of the range. TrimRx is unusually candid about it, and candour does not change the arithmetic

• THE ADVERTISED "$179" IS NOT THE PRICE. It is the first shipment only — the entry link carries a discount code worth $120, and the card itself says "You are saving $120 on your first month". The standing rate is $299, 67% higher
• A "MONTH" HERE IS FOUR WEEKS. The "12-Month Plan" ships a 48-week supply, not 52 — 336 days, about 11 calendar months. Its $174/mo works out to roughly $2,268 a year rather than the $2,088 the label implies, about 8.6% more
• Its pricing page is broken — it promises plans from $179/mo in search results, then shows you a blank screen. The one page meant to list what things cost lists nothing
• The homepage advertises GLP-1 + GIP "Starting at $259", a figure that appears at no rung of its intake, where the tirzepatide first shipment is $279 and the standing rate $399
• The medication is chosen by asking the patient to pick "Affordability" or "Potency" before any clinician reviews the file
• The checkout runs a countdown and a scarcity banner — "Only N discounts left", falling while a visitor sits still — alongside per-drug counters claiming a combined 30,000+ patients "chose this today"
• The intake projects losing "3.15 to 3.5 pounds per week" and a "94% chance of treatment success", a rate well beyond what the trial evidence supports
• No price is reachable without completing a full medical intake and surrendering an email and phone number
• No compounding pharmacy is named — only "a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy"
• Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven
