In one paragraph

The verdict

Bioverse is a wellness prescription platform whose weight-loss side sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by weekly injection, alongside brand-name options. Both compounded products carry a printed price before intake, which is more than many sellers manage, but neither says which plan length it buys, and the comparison note beside each is built from competitors' twelve-month prices. Until you are inside the intake, you cannot tell whether the figure is a monthly rate or a long-commitment rate. Tirzepatide starts at more than three times the semaglutide figure. Dose and titration are left to the provider, and nothing is sold as a low dose. It serves only ten states, listed by name in its FAQ. Subscriptions renew automatically, the first renewal can be charged early, and once the provider orders the medication there is no canceling or refund. Shipping is free and messaging is included. The pharmacy is not named.

Who it suits, and who it does not

A good fit if

  • You live in one of the ten states it serves
  • You want compounded semaglutide with a printed starting price
  • You also want other longevity prescriptions on the same account

Look elsewhere if

  • You need to know whether the price is month to month before you start
  • You live outside its ten states
  • You want a product sold as a low dose

Structure
Standard plan, self-directed low dose

No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.

159 of the 407 programs here price a small dose this way. Both molecules carry a starting price, but neither says which plan length it belongs to, so neither can be read as a monthly rate, and no low-dose product is offered. Dose and titration are left to the provider after intake.

FDA warning letter

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued a warning letter to Bioverse in September 2025. It is addressed to Bioverse, Inc. dba Bioverse — search that name, not ours, to find it. We are not summarizing what it says — read it at the source. This does not change how Bioverse is listed here or whether we are paid for a click to it, and we would rather you knew both of those things at once.

How the program works

Bioverse is an online platform for longevity and wellness prescriptions: NAD+, metformin, telmisartan, glutathione, erectile dysfunction and hair loss treatment, a glucose monitor, and weight loss. For weight loss it offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections, plus Wegovy, Ozempic and Mounjaro. You complete an online form, a U.S.-licensed doctor or nurse practitioner reviews it, and if approved the medication ships free from a U.S. pharmacy the site does not name. Labs are arranged at a nearby testing site only if the provider recommends them. Its FAQ says it is available in ten states: Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, Virginia, North Carolina and Indiana. Dose and titration are set by the provider, and nothing on the site describes a low-dose product.

The honest cons

Neither starting price says which plan length it buys, so it cannot be read as a monthly rate
  • Tirzepatide starts at more than three times the semaglutide figure
  • Only ten states are served
  • Once the provider orders the medication it cannot be canceled or refunded, and partly used subscription periods are not refunded
  • The pharmacy is not named, and no milligram sits behind either price
  • Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Read this before you buy

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
