The verdict
LifeMD is one of the few providers here to pair brand partnerships with a compounded arm that includes a low-dose semaglutide option, and it puts board-certified physicians, prior authorisation and insurance navigation behind that — genuinely useful if you are trying to get a brand-name product covered. The cost structure is the trade: the programme fee is charged on top of the medication, so the two numbers add. There is no included registered-dietitian support in the base programme, and the compounded arm carries the usual post-shortage regulatory and sourcing exposure.
