In one paragraph
The verdict
Loozy is a small, plain-spoken seller of one thing: compounded semaglutide, through a three-month membership that covers medical review, messaging and fulfillment. It names its pharmacy, promises replies within a day and checks in at week 12. The plan structure is the limit. There is no month-to-month option, and the page gives a per-month figure on the three-month plan without printing what the three months cost in total. The refund terms need careful reading, because two clauses disagree: one says membership fees are non-refundable once your intake goes in for review, the other says that if you are not approved you get everything back except a consultation fee. Either way, cancel before you submit the intake if you have doubts. Tirzepatide is not offered, the route and dose are not published, and the states served are described two different ways. The testimonials are labeled as composites rather than real customers.

Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want semaglutide from a seller that names its pharmacy
- You are happy to commit to three months
- You want quick replies to messages
Look elsewhere if
- You want to pay month to month
- You want clear, consistent refund terms
- You want tirzepatide or a product sold as a low dose

- Market
- $59–$1,300/mo is the full published spread on this site
- Structure
- Standard plan, self-directed low dose
No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.
235 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. Compounded semaglutide only, sold as a three-month membership with no month-to-month rung and no low-dose product, so a small dose would be a request inside the standard plan.

How the program works
Loozy LLC, a North Carolina company, sells compounded semaglutide through a three-month telehealth membership, with clinical care from the Elite Care Health provider group. Medication is compounded by a 503A pharmacy, named in its FAQ as Rx Ave Health in Tampa. The membership includes unlimited messaging, replies within a day and a check-in at week 12; the provider may ask for labs. You can cancel at any time, with access running to the end of the three months. Membership fees are non-refundable once your intake is submitted, although another clause promises a refund less the $59 consultation fee if you are not approved. It does not sell tirzepatide, and the site says both most states and all 50 states on different pages. It also offers peptides and hair-loss treatment. Nothing describes a low-dose program.
The honest cons
There is no month-to-month option: the only plan is three months, and its total is not printed
- The refund clauses conflict: one says nothing is refunded after review, another refunds all but the $59 fee if you are not approved
- Only semaglutide is offered, and no route or milligram is published
- The states served are given as most states on one page and all 50 on another
- Its testimonials are described as illustrative composites, not real outcomes
- Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
