In one paragraph

The verdict

RNK Health keeps the offer simple: compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide by weekly injection, with the consultation, prescription, syringes and shipping folded into one monthly figure and no separate membership. The catch is that both figures are from-prices, and the FAQ says the full price is shown at checkout and depends on the plan and medication, so you will not know your exact bill until you are nearly done. The subscription handling is better than most: an email arrives a week before each rebill with options to pause, skip or cancel, and cancellation works from the portal at any hour. Refunds are tight, though. Once you submit the intake, the fee is non-refundable unless a clinician rules you out or the order arrives damaged. There is no low-dose product, so a small dose would be something to ask for inside a standard plan at the standard price, and the pharmacy is identified only by an address.

Who it suits, and who it does not

A good fit if

  • You want one bundled monthly price with supplies and shipping included
  • You like a reminder before every charge with the option to skip a month
  • You want a weekly injection without a separate membership

Look elsewhere if

  • You want to see your exact price before you start the intake
  • You want a product built around a low dose
  • You want the dispensing pharmacy named

No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.

235 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. Both molecules carry an all-in monthly from-price on their own pages, but no low-dose product exists and the from-figure is not tied to a dose. A smaller dose would be a request inside a standard plan.

How the program works

RNK Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by weekly injection alongside NAD+, sermorelin, B12, enclomiphene, naltrexone for alcohol use and a DNA test. You choose a medication, take a short quiz, and a US clinician reviews it online; the refund policy names OpenLoop Health and MD Integrations as the medical partners. Medication is prepared and shipped by an independent licensed pharmacy, which the footer identifies only by a phone number and an address in Springville, Utah. The terms say services reach all 50 states, while some medications may not be available everywhere. Plans are subscriptions with a self-service portal, an email reminder seven days before each rebill, and the option to pause or skip. The subscription fee becomes non-refundable once you submit the intake, except for a medical disqualification or a damaged or undelivered order. Nothing on the site describes a low dose.

The honest cons

Both prices are from-figures, and the FAQ says the full price appears only at checkout
  • The subscription fee is non-refundable from the moment you submit the intake, outside a medical disqualification
  • Cancellation needs 72 hours' notice before the billing date or the next charge goes through
  • The dispensing pharmacy is not named, only given an address
  • No low-dose product is offered, and the from-price is the same whatever dose you take
  • Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Read this before you buy

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
