In one paragraph
The verdict
Nava Health is a functional medicine clinic, and its approach to weight starts with a 70-plus biomarker lab panel and two hour-long consultations, one with a medical provider and one with a functional nutritionist. That is far more time than a typical GLP-1 service gives you, and the assessment is priced up front. After that, ongoing care is a monthly membership with repeat labs every four months and a percentage off treatments. Medication can be part of the plan, and Nava's own article says semaglutide is offered inside its weight-loss program, but the drug is never priced anywhere on the site, and the weight-loss page talks about medication without naming one. So you will spend money on labs and consults before you know whether a GLP-1 is on the table or what it costs. Nothing describes a low-dose GLP-1. If you want a nutrition-led, lab-led program and the GLP-1 is secondary, this is built for you.

Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want a full lab panel and long consultations before any prescription
- You want a functional nutritionist as part of care
- You are interested in broader longevity care, not only weight
Look elsewhere if
- You want to know the GLP-1 price before you pay anything
- You want the medication included in a monthly price
- You want a low-dose product

Price as published
No GLP-1 price; $299 lab assessment, memberships from $139/mo

- Not comparable — the published figure is not the whole bill — a membership, platform fee or separate medication charge sits on top of it
- Market
- $59–$1,300/mo is the full published spread on this site
- Structure
- Standard plan, self-directed low dose
No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.
235 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. Semaglutide is offered inside a lab-first weight-loss program, but no medication is priced, only the assessment and the memberships. A smaller dose would be a conversation with the clinician.

How the program works
Nava Health is a functional medicine and longevity clinic with in-person centers and virtual care. Every path starts with an advanced lab panel, drawn at a partner lab or at home, followed by two 60-minute consultations, one with a medical provider and one with a functional nutritionist, who turn the results into a plan. For weight, that plan can include prescription medication managed through its telehealth platform, and its own article says semaglutide is offered inside its NavaRX weight-loss program. Ongoing care is a monthly membership with repeat labs every four months and a discount on treatments; the medication itself is not priced anywhere on the site.
The honest cons
No GLP-1 price is published anywhere, so the medication cost is unknown until you are a patient
- The medication sits outside the membership; members get a percentage off rather than a price
- You pay for the lab assessment before learning whether a GLP-1 is on the table
- The weight-loss page talks about medication without naming a drug; semaglutide is named only in an article
- Nothing on the site describes a low-dose GLP-1
- Intentional microdosing of a GLP-1 is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
