PlexusDx, Inc. runs a storefront pairing prescription telehealth protocols with consumer genetic and blood testing, selling seven weight-loss protocols — a microdose GLP-1, semaglutide and tirzepatide in injection and oral form, and a combination product — alongside peptide protocols, genetic test kits and at-home blood panels. It states plainly that it is not a medical practice or pharmacy: clinical services come from an independent network of U.S.-licensed clinicians on a state-licensed telehealth platform, medication from a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, and medication and clinical fees are billed by the practice-management platform behind the prescribing clinicians rather than by PlexusDx. Every GLP-1 protocol is all-inclusive with no membership fee, available in all 50 states with five requiring a scheduled video consult.
