Provider review
Found review
A long track record and a real microdosing programme, behind layered pricing.
The headline entry rate is the microdose tier; the ongoing cost is higher and the cheapest rates need a multi-month prepay.
Price as published
Compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide from $99/mo (entry/microdose; realistic ~$199–$399/mo, cheapest tiers need 3–12-month prepay) · brand path (Wegovy/Ozempic/Zepbound/Mounjaro) adds ~$39/mo membership · oral Rybelsus available · HSA/FSA eligible
Microdosing is off-label and unproven — decide with a clinician. Prices are as published by the provider when we last checked; confirm current terms before you buy.
The verdict
Found has been running physician-designed weight care since 2019 with obesity-medicine clinicians, real behavioural coaching and one of the widest formularies here — compounded and brand-name, injectable and oral — and it launched a dedicated GLP-1 microdosing programme in late 2025, which is the part that matters on this site. What it does not have is a single number: the advertised entry rate is the microdose tier, realistic ongoing cost runs meaningfully above it, the cheapest rates are prepay-gated, and the brand pathway stacks a membership on top. Read the price ladder before you read the headline.
The trade-off we would want you to read first
Layered pricing: the $99/mo figure is the entry/microdose tier — realistic ongoing cost runs higher, and the cheapest rates require a 3–12-month prepay
Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want an operator with years of history and named obesity-medicine clinicians behind the prescription
- You want coaching and insurance navigation alongside the medication rather than a shipped vial
- You may want to move between compounded, brand-name and oral options without changing provider
Look elsewhere if
- You want one flat number you can hold the provider to
- You will not commit to a multi-month prepay to reach the advertised rate
- You are in a state or on a plan where coverage changes the maths — it varies meaningfully
How the programme works
Found (joinfound.com, Found Health Inc.) has run physician-designed weight care since 2019 and reports 250k+ members. An intake is reviewed by obesity-medicine clinicians, then care is paired with a behavioral-coaching program — app, 1:1 coaching, and community — plus insurance navigation. The formulary is unusually broad: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, brand-name Wegovy/Ozempic/Zepbound/Mounjaro, oral Rybelsus, and even non-GLP oral options, prescribed in all 50 states. In October 2025 Found launched a dedicated GLP-1 microdosing program, which is directly relevant to a start-low approach. Pricing is layered rather than flat: a compounded entry advertised 'as low as $99/mo' (the microdose/entry tier), with realistic ongoing cost around $199–$399/mo, and the cheapest rates requiring a 3–12-month prepay; the brand pathway stacks a ~$39/mo membership on top.

Strengths
- Established since 2019 with 250k+ members — a real track record, not a fly-by-night operator
- Obesity-medicine clinicians, not just a prescription mill
- Broad formulary: compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide, brand Wegovy/Ozempic/Zepbound/Mounjaro, and oral Rybelsus
- Dedicated GLP-1 microdosing program (launched Oct 2025) suited to a start-low approach
- Real behavioral coaching, app, and community alongside the medication
- Insurance navigation, HSA/FSA eligibility, and prescribing in all 50 states
The other trade-offs
- Compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven
- The brand pathway stacks a ~$39/mo membership fee on top of the medication
- Cost and coverage vary meaningfully by state and insurance plan
Before you buy
Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomised trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
