It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as month-to-month subscriptions in two named strengths each — a Microdosing tier and a Full Dose tier — alongside hair-loss, menopause and longevity peptide programs on separate intakes. Care is asynchronous: an online questionnaire is reviewed by a licensed clinician within 24 to 48 hours, with weekly portal check-ins and dose adjustment included. No pharmacy is named by brand; the site says preparations come from independent FDA-registered 503A and 503B facilities and that they are not FDA-approved finished drug products.
