In one paragraph
The verdict
Vivanta Care offers more choice of molecule than most: compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide, plus versions with B12, dispensed by a named Florida pharmacy and prescribed through a national clinician network. It says its pricing is flat and the same at every dose, which is reassuring if you expect to move up and the least economical structure if you plan to stay small. The real problem is that the flat price is never shown. The only figure on the site is a consultation fee, and even that is described as charged at checkout on one page, optional on another and possibly included on a third. The refund terms for it contradict each other too: one page says you are not charged if treatment is not appropriate, another says the fee is non-refundable in exactly that case. Monthly follow-ups are listed at the same fee. Messaging with the care team is included, all 50 states and Washington, D.C., are served, and you can cancel any time to stop future charges. There is no low-dose program.
Microdosing is off-label and unproven — decide with a clinician. Prices are as published by the provider when we last checked; confirm current terms before you buy.
Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want liraglutide, or a choice among three molecules
- You expect your dose to rise and want the price to stay put
- You want to know which pharmacy fills your order
Look elsewhere if
- You want to see the medication price before you pay a consultation fee
- You are holding a small dose and want it to cost less
- You want consistent written terms on fees and refunds
What it actually costs

No medication price published; $75 consultation fee
- Vs median
- Not comparable — no per-month rate is published — the verified string carries no monthly figure
- Market
- $59–$1,300/mo is the full published spread on this site
- Structure
- Same price at every dose
One stated price across doses. A lower dose does not automatically reduce the bill. Compare the complete medication, membership, laboratory and shipping quotes before assuming another plan costs less.
113 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. The seller says its price is the same at every dose, so a small dose buys no saving, and it publishes no medication figure at all, so the flat price cannot be compared with anyone else's.

How the program works
Vivanta Care is a telehealth platform in Ventura, California, that works with the MD Integrations clinician network. It sells five compounded weight-loss injections: semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide, plus semaglutide and tirzepatide with B12. The terms name DiRx, a Florida compounding pharmacy, as the dispenser. Its FAQ says the price is flat at every dose and covers the medical visit, the medication and shipping, and that messaging with the care team runs for the whole program, but no medication figure appears anywhere. It says it serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing; fees already charged and dispensed medication are not refunded. It also sells longevity, hormone and sexual-wellness treatments. Nothing describes a low-dose program.
The honest cons
No medication price is shown anywhere, although the FAQ calls the pricing transparent
- One price at every dose means a small dose would cost what a full one does
- The $75 consultation fee is described as charged, optional and included on different pages, and its refund terms contradict each other
- Monthly follow-up visits are listed at $75 each, which may be an ongoing cost
- No company name beyond the brand is printed
- Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
