Every plan length appears for both products, with the first-month price and the price afterwards shown separately, so the standing rate is never hidden behind a "from". There is no membership fee, and supplies, shipping, the prescription and medical support sit inside the plan. Three things will cost you. The figure on the marketing pages is the twelve-month prepay, and month to month runs a third higher. The first month is a promotional code rate for new customers only. And the pricing table never names the molecule at all — you are buying a compounded GLP-1 or a compounded GLP-1 plus GIP, with no milligram and no pharmacy written down anywhere.

Effecty sells compounded GLP-1 medication on monthly and prepaid plans, with supplies, shipping, the prescription and ongoing medical support inside each plan and no membership fee. Its pricing table never names semaglutide or tirzepatide — the two products are listed as "Compounded GLP-1" and "Compounded GLP-1 + GIP". It also resells brand-name product at separately quoted monthly rates. It describes itself as "a technology platform that connects individuals with independent licensed medical providers" and says it "does not practice medicine or prescribe medications".
