The figure in its advertising is a first month, discounted by a credit, and the rate that recurs is roughly double it. EOS Health is a direct-to-consumer telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide in all 50 states, with the medication, the clinical care and shipping bundled into a single monthly figure. It publishes its supply chain in unusual detail: five compounding pharmacies named with street addresses and phone numbers, and the clinical group named as Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC in Seattle. Standard, glycine and B12 formulations are all sold at the same price. Longer plans do not cut the monthly rate — they attach a one-time credit instead.
