In one paragraph
The verdict
KIN Health keeps GLP-1 pricing simple: compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one monthly price each, the same whatever dose you are prescribed, with syringes, needles and an injection guide included and no membership on top. That is a good deal if you expect to titrate up and no saving if you plan to stay small, because a quarter dose costs what a full one does. The pharmacies are named, which many sellers avoid, and providers contracted through a national telehealth medical group may ask for labs and guide you through them. You get a full refund if you are not approved. Check two things before signing up. The homepage's count of states does not match the four states where the terms say GLP-1s are unavailable, so confirm yours. And once an automatic refill has gone to the pharmacy it cannot be canceled, while shipped orders are final; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Microdosing is off-label and unproven — decide with a clinician. Prices are as published by the provider when we last checked; confirm current terms before you buy.
Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You expect to titrate up and want the price to stay the same
- You want the pharmacies named
- You want supplies included with no membership
Look elsewhere if
- You plan to stay on a small dose and want it to cost less
- You live in California, Louisiana, Minnesota or Mississippi
- You want to cancel a refill at the last minute

- $59–$1,300/mo is the full published spread on this site
- Structure
- Same price at every dose
One stated price across doses. A lower dose does not automatically reduce the bill. Compare the complete medication, membership, laboratory and shipping quotes before assuming another plan costs less.
113 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. One monthly price for each molecule that does not change with the prescribed dose, said plainly. A smaller dose buys no saving.

How the program works
KIN Health is a telehealth platform for weight loss and men's and women's health. Its GLP-1 program sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by weekly injection at one monthly price that does not change with the prescribed dose. Care comes from independent providers contracted through MD Integrations, who may ask for labs before prescribing and guide you through them. The weight-loss page names Drug Crafters and Boothwyn as pharmacy partners, and the terms add Strive. The homepage claims 44 states plus Washington, D.C., while the terms list four states where GLP-1s are unavailable: California, Louisiana, Minnesota and Mississippi. Once an automatic refill has been sent to the pharmacy, it cannot be canceled, and shipped medication is final sale. No low-dose product is offered.
The honest cons
Because the price is flat, a small dose costs exactly what a full one does
- The homepage's state count does not match the four exclusions in the terms
- A refill already sent to the pharmacy cannot be canceled, and shipped orders are final
- No low-dose or microdose product is offered
- Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
