In one paragraph
The verdict
myRocky sells only branded drugs, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and the Rybelsus tablet, so there is no compounding question to worry about. What you pay for that is steep. Each drug is shown as one four-figure amount, and none says whether it is per month or per fill, or what strength it buys. The consultation is a separate fee, charged once completed whether or not you are prescribed, and an abandoned weight-loss consultation can trigger a separate service fee after a week. Its U.S. service lists seventeen states by name, which helps you check before you start, and its FAQ names the Florida pharmacy it works with. A clinician may send you for labs or accept recent results, and check-ins come every four weeks. A refill cannot be canceled once it renews, only paused beforehand. Parts of the homepage still carry content from its Canadian service, which is confusing. If you need a low dose, it would be the lowest label strength, at a price that is not shown to fall.
Microdosing is off-label and unproven — decide with a clinician. Prices are as published by the provider when we last checked; confirm current terms before you buy.
Who it suits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want only FDA-approved branded drugs, including an oral option
- You live in one of the seventeen listed states
- You want to know which pharmacy ships your medication
Look elsewhere if
- You want a compounded option or a lower price
- You want a consultation fee refunded if you are not prescribed
- You want a low-dose product
What it actually costs
Price as published
Brand only, from $1,409 per fill + $99 consult
- Vs median
- Not comparable — no per-month rate is published — the verified string carries no monthly figure
- Market
- $59–$1,300/mo is the full published spread on this site
- Structure
- Standard plan, self-directed low dose
No low-dose product of its own. Starting low means asking for a smaller amount inside a standard plan, at the standard plan's price.
235 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. Branded drugs only, each shown as one four-figure amount with no billing period and no strength, after a paid consultation. A lower dose would be a lower label strength chosen by the prescriber, and nothing says it costs less.

How the program works
myRocky is an online clinic and pharmacy brand that sells branded weight-loss drugs, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Rybelsus, alongside sexual health and hair loss treatment. Its U.S. service is run by Rocky Health USA, LLC, and its terms list seventeen states for weight loss: Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington and Wyoming. You pay for a consultation, a clinician reviews your history and may send a lab requisition or accept recent results, and the prescription ships from a partner pharmacy; its FAQ names Dania Discount Drugs in Fort Lauderdale. Check-ins come every four weeks. No compounded drug and no low-dose product is sold.
The honest cons
Every drug costs well over a thousand dollars, and no billing period is printed beside any figure
- The $99 consultation is charged once completed even if no prescription is issued
- An abandoned weight-loss consultation can trigger a $45 service fee after seven days
- A refill cannot be canceled once it renews; you must pause the subscription beforehand
- Parts of the homepage still carry Canadian content, which makes it harder to tell which service you are signing up for
- Intentional microdosing of a GLP-1 is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
