In one paragraph

The verdict

LifeRx.md keeps its GLP-1 pricing simple: one starting figure, and a promise that it will not charge you more when your prescribed dose goes up. There is no membership and, unusually, no subscription at all; you contact the company each month to continue, so nothing renews behind your back. Support is staffed around the clock, and it serves all 50 states. The flat price is good news if you expect to titrate up and bad news if you plan to stay small, because a low dose costs exactly what a full one does. The weight-loss page never names the drug outright; only its compounding disclaimer mentions semaglutide. Consultation fees are charged separately when a visit happens, and the refund policy is absolute: once a medication order is processed, there is no refund under any circumstances. The pharmacy is described only as a licensed 503A, and no milligram is published.

Who it suits, and who it does not

A good fit if

  • You expect your dose to rise and want the price to stay the same
  • You do not want a subscription that renews on its own
  • You want support available at any hour

Look elsewhere if

  • You want a low dose to cost less
  • You want the drug named on the product page
  • You want any refund after your order is processed

Same price at every dose

One stated price across doses. A lower dose does not automatically reduce the bill. Compare the complete medication, membership, laboratory and shipping quotes before assuming another plan costs less.

113 of the 548 programs here price a small dose this way. One starting price that the seller says does not rise with the dose, for a GLP-1 the product page never names. A smaller dose costs what a full one does.

How the program works

LifeRx.md is a New Jersey telehealth company treating weight, hair loss and erectile dysfunction in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. For weight loss it sells a GLP-1 program at one starting price that it says does not rise when your prescribed dose does. You complete an assessment, meet a clinician virtually, and the prescription ships from a licensed 503A pharmacy. Nothing renews by itself: you contact the company each month to continue. The weight-loss page never names the drug outright, though its compounding disclaimer refers to semaglutide, and no low-dose product is offered.

The honest cons

One price at every dose means a small dose costs exactly what a full one does
  • The GLP-1 is never named on the product page; only a disclaimer mentions semaglutide
  • Consultation fees are charged separately and are non-refundable once the visit happens
  • Its refund policy is absolute: no medication refund once processed, under any circumstances
  • The pharmacy is described only as a 503A class, and no milligram is published
  • Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
