Provider review

RxPros review

One price at every dose, with the milligram range printed, and three prices in play.

The price card says a month, the table beside it says paid annually, and the intake opens on a different pair of figures.

In one paragraph

The verdict

RxPros sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at one price whatever your dose, and it is more specific than most about what that covers: the homepage prints the milligram range for each drug. The price includes the doctor visit, the medication and overnight cold-packed shipping, with no membership. For a small dose, one price at every dose is the wrong structure, because you pay for medicine you do not take. The figures themselves need care. The price card calls them a month, the comparison table on the same page labels the same figures paid annually, and the intake opens on a lower pair called a new low price. Every order ships a three-month supply with a three-month minimum, and leaving early costs the remaining months at full retail. Once the consultation is done and the prescription issued, nothing is refundable, and canceling before then costs an administrative fee. Software chooses the pharmacy for you, and it is never named. The company's address is a Wyoming registered agent.

Who it suits, and who it does not

A good fit if

  • You expect to move up through the doses and want the price to stay the same
  • You want the visit, medication and shipping in one figure with no membership
  • You are content with three months of medication at a time

Look elsewhere if

  • You are holding a small dose and want it to cost less
  • You want to know for certain what a single month costs before you start
  • You want to know or choose your pharmacy

Structure
Same price at every dose

One figure regardless of how much drug you take. Reassuring if you expect to titrate upward, and the least economical structure on this page if you do not: a quarter dose costs what a full one does.

95 of the 407 programs here price a small dose this way. One price at every dose, with the milligram range printed, so a small dose costs what a full one does. The same figures are called a month on the price card and paid annually in the comparison table beside it, and the intake opens on a third pair, so no figure holds still long enough to rank.

How the program works

RxPros sells compounded semaglutide with B12 and compounded tirzepatide with B6 as weekly injections, prepared under section 503A. A short quiz is followed by an online consultation with a licensed doctor, and the medication ships cold-packed overnight, usually within three days. The price is the same at every dose, and the homepage prints the doses that covers: semaglutide 0.5 to 2.5 mg and tirzepatide 2.5 to 15 mg. The pharmacy is chosen by RxPros's software according to your location, volume, shipping time and price, so you cannot pick it and it is not named. The company is RxPros LLC, at a Sheridan, Wyoming address. It says it is LegitScript certified and that it works with both 503A pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities.

The honest cons

The homepage card says a month, and the comparison table on the same page labels the same figures paid annually, so the month-to-month rate is not clear before you start
  • Its own intake opens on a third pair of prices, so three figures are in play for the same product
  • Every order is a three-month supply with a three-month minimum, and leaving early costs the remaining months at the full retail rate
  • One price at every dose means a small dose costs what a full dose does
  • No refund once a consultation is done and the prescription is issued, a cancellation before it costs a $99 fee, and you cannot choose or learn the pharmacy
  • Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, and intentional microdosing is off-label and unproven

Intentional GLP-1 microdosing is off-label and unproven — no randomized trial has established that a sub-label dose does anything, and any dose belongs with a clinician who knows your history. If you are going to have that conversation, have it with real numbers.
