A quarter dose is billed like a full one, and NewSelf spells out the milligram range that one price covers, which most flat-price sellers will not do. The catch is the figures on the product pages. They are twelve-month rates, and paying by the month costs roughly twice as much.

The verdict
Take a quarter dose here and you pay the full-dose price. NewSelf is blunter about this than almost anyone: "All Dosages are the same price" sits directly above the milligram list it covers, which is more than most flat-price sellers will commit to, and its pricing carries no dose dimension at all, so the promise holds when you test it. It even attacks dose upcharging by name. The problem is the other number. The figures on its product pages are twelve-month rates — to pay them you hand over the whole year at once, and the recurring monthly rate is roughly double. Nothing on the page says so. If you plan to buy by the month, price it from the recurring rate and not from the strike-through. And treat the polish carefully: unfinished placeholder text is still live on the pages selling you the drug.

What it does well
- Publishes the actual milligram range each flat price covers — semaglutide 0.25 to 2.5 mg, tirzepatide 2.5 to 15 mg — where most flat-price sellers never say which doses "all doses" means

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued a warning letter to NewSelf in February 2026. It is addressed to NewSelf Limited dba NewSelf — search that name, not ours, to find it. We are not summarizing what it says — read it at the source. This does not change how NewSelf is listed here or whether we are paid for a click to it, and we would rather you knew both of those things at once.
How the program works
NewSelf sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections on month-to-month, three-, six- and twelve-month terms, with one price per molecule per term and no dose dimension in its pricing at all. It states "All Dosages are the same price" and, unusually, publishes the milligram range that flat price covers. Every figure printed on its product pages is a twelve-month rate rather than the recurring monthly one, and no page names the pharmacy that fills the prescription. The operating entity is NewSelf Limited LLC, registered at a shared agent address in Sheridan, Wyoming.
The honest cons
ONE PRICE AT EVERY DOSE. Someone holding at 0.25 mg pays what someone at 2.5 mg pays, and the difference is medicine bought and never used. NewSelf is unusually specific about which doses that covers, and specificity does not change the arithmetic

- Its tirzepatide page calls the product "GLP-2 Medication" — the identical wording appears on a near-identical site, RxPros
- No compounding pharmacy is named on any page a customer can read; the site says only "trusted, U.S.-owned 503A pharmacies", though its own product records name OpenLoop as the fulfillment layer
