It also names five candidate pharmacies instead of gesturing at partners. Two things will cost you. The homepage advertises a monthly figure that matches neither the monthly rate nor the twelve-month rate on the product page, so budget from the table and not from the banner. And the money-back promise is written around "up to 10%", a condition any weight loss at all satisfies — read it as marketing, not as a guarantee.

NexLife sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide on monthly and prepaid plans, stating its flat-dose promise directly under the price and again in its FAQ. It names five candidate compounding pharmacies — Absolute, Hallandale, Red Rock, Empower and Strive — but says fulfillment "may be supported by" those "or other qualified 503A compounding pharmacies", so the compounder is not assigned in advance. It itemizes a nutrition plan, a coaching call and the provider review as included added value.
