Its semaglutide comes in five strengths starting at 0.2 mg, its tirzepatide in seven, and every one of them carries the same monthly figure. That makes the lowest strength a sixth of the highest for identical money. Printing the ladder at all is uncommon here, and printing it while charging flat is a real service to a reader who wants to know what they are buying. Three things will cost you. The figure on the category page is a six-month prepay and the month-to-month rate runs 18% above it. Subscriptions renew even if you have not completed what is needed to keep a prescription active, so you can be billed while unprescribable. And the strength is the provider's choice, not yours.

Livv sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections on one-, three- and six-month plans, shipping to 44 states plus Puerto Rico. It is one of very few sellers that publishes the actual list of strengths it dispenses — five for semaglutide starting at 0.2 mg, seven for tirzepatide — and states plainly that all of them are priced the same, with the provider rather than the patient choosing which one you get.
